Join the Reduce, reuse, re-caffeinate challenge this July

Bringareusable cupfor your takeawaycoffee at any participating café during July andyou could winone free coffee every week for ayear! *Terms and conditions apply.

New Zealanders use an estimated 295 million disposable beverage cups every year. Most of these cups and their lids end up in landfill, as their plastic lining prevents them from being recycled in New Zealand. This translates to over 800,000 cups thrown away every day!

Here’s how it works:

Customers of participating cafés can collect a stamp on their stamp card each time they use a reusable cup for their takeaway coffee or beverage during the month of July.

A completed card with five stamps qualifies for one entry into the prize draw. Two winners will receive a voucher to the value of $364 which they can nominate to use at a participating café of their choice. There will also be 10 spot prizes of $10 coffee vouchers up for grabs.

This campaign is funded through Central Government’s Waste Minimisation Fund, which helps Councils run projects that encourage reducing waste.
